La plus r\u00e9pandue est la poire Thigh, une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 estivale tr\u00e8s sucr\u00e9e et juteuse. Ensuite, il y a la butirra de poire plus automnale et la poire Spinedda, qui est consomm\u00e9e principalement cuite. Am weitesten verbreitet ist die Oberschenkelbirne, eine sehr s\u00fc\u00dfe und saftige Sommersorte. Dann gibt es die eher herbstliche Birne Butirra und die Birne Spinedda, die haupts\u00e4chlich gekocht verzehrt wird.
